In 2015, after a kidney biopsy was performed at the VMA, he was diagnosed with chronic renal failure (Dg. N18.5 Morbus renalis chronicus).

From November 2024, chronic treatment of terminal renal failure started with hemodialysis through the previously created AVF fistula, three times a week for four hours.

Miloš's only hope for recovery is a kidney transplant at a clinic abroad, but this type of treatment requires significant financial resources that his family is unable to provide, for that reason, they are appealing to all humane people to help with their donations so that the transplant can be performed as soon as possible.

Funds are needed for kidney transplants, specialist examinations, laboratory analyses, as well as for travel and accommodation costs during the treatment.
