is raising funds for Mateo Kaleja (2021).

Mateo has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (F84 – Pervasive disorder ex spectrum autistico), developmental disorder of speech and language (R78.3 – Perturbatio evolutionis sermonis et linguae), and cervical spine spasm (Spasmus colli cervicalis), which additionally restricts oxygen flow and affects psychomotor development.

The first signs of developmental delay appeared around his first birthday. Until then, he had been developing normally, but then began to lose previously acquired functions — he stopped responding to his name and understanding simple instructions.

Mateo attends regular speech therapy and special education sessions, as well as psychomotor reeducation programs. In 2025, he underwent four stem cell transplantations abroad, which brought noticeable improvement.

The cost of these therapies far exceeds the family’s financial means, so they are appealing to all kind-hearted people for donations to help Mateo continue the treatment he urgently needs.

Funds are required for specialist examinations, speech and special education therapies, psychomotor reeducation, Tomatis therapy, music therapy, therapeutic swimming, therapeutic massages, stem cell transplantation abroad, travel expenses, and accommodation during treatment.
