Sofija has been diagnosed with malignant lymphoma (C84.5, Other and unspecified T-cell lymphomas), with an extensive tumor mass in the anterior mediastinum.

The disease was diagnosed in 2021 following medical evaluation due to respiratory difficulties. Subsequent tests confirmed the presence of a tumor, and treatment was initiated with chemotherapy according to an oncology treatment protocol.

In 2024, a partial remission was achieved, but in 2026, a recurrence of the disease (Recidivus morbi) was confirmed.

Sofija remains under the constant supervision of specialist physicians, and her treatment is being carried out in accordance with established oncology protocols. As part of her further treatment, hematological and immunological therapy is planned at a specialized clinic abroad.

The continuation of her treatment involves significant costs, which is why the support of compassionate people through donations is urgently needed.

The funds are needed for continued treatment abroad, specialist and follow-up medical examinations, travel expenses, and accommodation costs during treatment.
