is raising funds for Jelena Đemrovski (1982).

Jelena has been diagnosed with a benign brain tumor – petroclival meningioma (D32.0 Neoplasma benignum meningium intracraniale), hydrocephalus (G91.1 Hydrocephalus obstructivus), spastic tetraplegia (G82.4 Tetraplegia spastica), and epilepsy (G40 Epilepsia).

In March 2023, she underwent surgery for a petroclival meningioma at the Neurosurgery Clinic of the Clinical Center of Vojvodina. The postoperative course was complicated by intracerebral hemorrhage, the development of obstructive hydrocephalus, and a prolonged coma. After reoperation and ventriculostomy, severe neurological consequences followed — paralysis of the right side of the body, significant weakness of the left side, impaired speech and vision, and loss of independence in daily functioning.

Jelena has undergone long-term rehabilitation. A follow‑up MRI from January 2026 shows enlargement of the monitored meningioma with early invasion of the left cavernous sinus, as well as stable sequelae of previous intracerebral hemorrhages. Neurological findings indicate persistent spastic tetraplegia, dysphagia, aphasia, and pronounced motor deficits.

Today, Jelena is wheelchair‑bound, fully dependent on assistance for daily activities, and unable to perform basic life functions independently. The continuation of her treatment requires significant financial resources, which her family cannot provide on their own. Therefore, support from compassionate individuals through donations is essential.

Funds are needed for specialist examinations and robot‑assisted neurorehabilitation.
