is raising funds for Jovan Timotijević (1984).

Jovan has been diagnosed with chronic renal insufficiency (N18.5 Morbus renalis chronicus, gradus 5), arterial hypertension (I10 Hypertensio arterialis essentialis), anemia in chronic diseases (D63.8 Anaemia in morbis chronicis aliis), thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm without rupture (I71.6 Aneurysma aortae thoracoabdominalis non ruptum), renal osteodystrophy (N25.0 Osteodystrophia renalis), polycystic kidney disease (Q61.3 Ren polycysticus), and non‑inflammatory pericardial effusion (I31.3 Exudatio pericardii non inflammatoria).

Due to the terminal stage of chronic kidney disease, Jovan has been included in a chronic hemodialysis program, performed three times a week. As part of his treatment, an AV fistula surgery was carried out at the Military Medical Academy, providing permanent access for dialysis. The postoperative course was stable, and Jovan remains afebrile and hemodynamically balanced.

In addition to dialysis, numerous diagnostic procedures have been performed — laboratory tests, MSCT scans of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis, echocardiography, and consultations with nephrologists, cardiologists, urologists, and vascular surgeons. The findings indicate severe kidney damage, thickening of the heart walls, and presence of pericardial effusion, all requiring continuous monitoring and therapy.

Jovan is currently in stable condition, but for his recovery and continued survival, he urgently needs ongoing dialysis treatment and a kidney transplant abroad.

Due to the high cost of further treatment, help from kind‑hearted people is needed through donations.

Funds are required for specialist examinations and diagnostics, kidney transplantation, travel expenses, and accommodation during treatment.
