is raising funds for Kosta Marković (2018).

Kosta is suffering from a malignant tumor of the adrenal gland — neuroblastoma (C74.9 – Neoplasma malignum glandulae suprarenalis, non specificatum), a rare and aggressive cancer originating from the nerve tissue of the adrenal gland.

The disease has been diagnosed as poorly differentiated neuroblastoma, MYNC negative, stage CS IV, with secondary metastases in the bones and bone marrow (C79.5 – Neoplasma malignum secundarium ossis et medullae ossium).

Kosta has undergone multiple cycles of chemotherapy, and during his most recent hospitalization, the induction phase of treatment was completed. After evaluation, a surgical procedure was performed to remove the tumors and lymph nodes, with samples sent for pathological analysis.

A follow‑up MIBG scintigraphy showed regression of tumor changes; however, micrometastases of neuroblastoma in the bone marrow were confirmed histologically, making further treatment both in Serbia and abroad necessary.

Funds are needed for continuation of treatment, travel expenses, accommodation costs during treatment.
