is raising funds for Dušica Zindović (1973).

Dušica has been diagnosed with high‑grade metastatic leiomyosarcoma (C49.9 Leiomyosarcoma metastaticum), with the disease spreading to multiple organ systems bones, liver, pancreas, kidneys, the paravertebral region at Th8, and the gluteal region  representing an advanced and aggressive form of sarcoma.

After the diagnosis was established, she underwent several lines of chemotherapy (XI cycles in the second line, followed by gemcitabine + docetaxel with Zometa in the third line). However, treatment was complicated by severe myelosuppression, requiring modification of the therapeutic protocol. Since February 2026, Dušica has been receiving Votrient.

In April, disease progression was confirmed, accompanied by clinical deterioration, and high‑dose DTIC therapy was introduced along with continued Zometa. Despite treatment, the latest MRI shows further spread of tumor lesions in the liver, lungs, gluteal region, lumbar muscles, pelvic bones, and kidneys, with new lesions appearing and existing ones progressing.

Due to continued disease progression, Dušica now urgently requires palliative radiotherapy for painful bone metastases, as well as continuation of systemic therapy according to the oncology board’s recommendations. The treatment is intensive, long‑term, and financially extremely demanding, which is why support from humane individuals through donations is essential.

Funds are needed for:surgical treatment,specialist examinations,chemotherapy.

Dušica is fighting bravely despite her severe diagnosis and exhausting treatment. Let’s help her continue the battle and overcome this disease.
