is raising funds for Dunja Menković (2014).

Dunja has been diagnosed with a malignant tumor of the long bones of the lower extremities – Ewing sarcoma (C40.2 Neoplasma malignum ossium longorum extremitatis inferioris), a highly aggressive mesenchymal tumor affecting the bone and surrounding tissues.

The disease first manifested in late November 2022 with pain in her left foot, and the diagnosis was confirmed in early 2023 following a biopsy and histopathological analysis.

Due to tumor progression, Dunja had to undergo amputation of the fourth metatarsal bone and phalanges of the left foot, followed by intensive chemotherapy (EuroEwing 2012 protocol), radiation therapy, and bone marrow transplantation at the end of 2023. During treatment, she faced severe complications — meningitis and sepsis — but bravely endured all phases of therapy.

Support from kind‑hearted people is essential to help secure funds for continued treatment and her ongoing fight against the disease.

Funds are needed for continued treatment abroad, as well as travel and accommodation expenses.
