is raising funds for Jovan Miljković (1981).

In 2014, Jovan was diagnosed with severe heart and kidney failure. He suffers from dilated cardiomyopathy with severely impaired heart function (I42.8 – Cardiomyopathia aliae), secondary pulmonary hypertension (I27.2 – Hypertensio pulmonalis secundaria), and stage 5 chronic kidney disease (N18.5 – Morbus renalis chronicus, gradus 5), which has left him dependent on hemodialysis for many years.

Throughout his treatment, Jovan has been under the regular care of nephrologists and cardiologists. He has been on a chronic hemodialysis program for more than five years, undergoing dialysis three times a week. Despite long-term and demanding treatment, his condition requires continuous monitoring and further medical care. Due to the severe impairment of both heart and kidney function, he is currently undergoing evaluation and preparation for a transplant program.

The prolonged battle with these serious illnesses has placed a significant financial burden on his family, leaving them unable to independently cover the expenses required for further treatment.

Funds are needed for heart and kidney transplantation, specialist examinations, laboratory analyses, medications and supplements, as well as travel and accommodation expenses related to treatment.
