Humanitarian Foundation BUDI HUMAN – Aleksandar Šapić raises funds for the treatment of Anastasia Kostić (2010).

Anastasia survived serious car accident when she was only three months old. She had a skull fracture that caused an internal hemorrhage in the brain (brain infarction).

The consequences are atrophy of the brain and optic nerve, which caused loss of eyesight and other damages throughout the brain. She has got post-traumatic hydrocephalus. With hard efforts and special treatment, she began to walk. She cannot talk due to all damages so it is necessary to take logopedic treatment to make a better understanding of the speech so that she can say some words.

All opportunities for the treatment of a little Anastasia in Serbia are exhausted. Anastasia's family hopes that operations at Alloplant in UFI, Russia, will improve her eyesight. After operations Anastasia is increasingly progressing and it is said that every subsequent intervention will improve her condition, but her way to recovery is still rather difficult.
