Dejan was born prematurely with a heart on the right, a liver on the left side and with two spleens. When he was only six months old he had a brain hemorrhage and the cyst was also discovered on it. After that he was diagnosed with epilepsy too.

The prognoses were not so good, the doctors told the family that they should not expect too much, but Dejan's fights heroic together with his grandmother Milunka. His mother is on the treatment too and her condition worsened considerably after giving birth.

His only support in this fight is his grandmother, whom he calls "Mom".

Dejan often has seizures, takes a large amount of medicines, cannot eat, and for that reason takes various syrups instead of food. He does not go to the kindergarten, because he can only make 10 steps, but despite everything, he is cheerful and very communicative.

In addition to Dejan's numerous health problems, there is also financial problem: with grandma's pension they can barely make ends meet.
