raises funds for Matija Jovovića (2015).

Matija was born on 24 October 2015 in Belgrade after a properly maintained and controlled pregnancy. He was  graded 10 at birth, but after six months, his mother noticed that he was not developing as he should. After genetic analysis, Matija was officially diagnosed with SMA2 (spinal muscular atrophy type 2) when she was eight months old .

It is a rare and progressive neuromuscular disease. The disease is manifested by gradual but progressive muscle atrophy and loss of basic vital functions, such as walking, swallowing, digestion, breathing...

Matija has all these problems. His biggest problem is difficulty with breathing while he is sleeping.

Thanks to humane people, Matija raised funds for the medical devices he needed. His parents have been taking him to physical therapy all these years to make progress and the improvement is visible. In order to progress further, it is necessary to continue with intensive therapies.

He needs funds for specialist and control examinations,  physical and hydro therapies, for spa rehabilitation and orthopedic aids.
