Mihajlo has many more plans in life. But while his peers make their way through life, Mihajlo goes to the hospital for dialysis every two days because his kidneys function is reduced to only 10 percent.

Three years ago, he found out that his kidneys were wearing out, and since then all of his activities have been focused on going to the  hospital which is quite exhausting.

This brave young man urgently needs a kidney transplantation that could be done in Germany.
