Mihailo has been diagnosed with “moyamoya” disease, a very rare condition that results in damage to the arteries. If left untreated, it progressively worsens and leads to headaches, epilepsy, impaired brain function, and permanent mental and physical disabilities.

Due to this disease, Mihailo has already suffered two strokes. Based on consultations with doctors, it has been concluded that the best option is for Mihailo to be treated at a clinic abroad. The recommended surgeries would prevent further strokes and enable a normal life expectancy without additional disability.

Funds are needed for follow-up and diagnostic examinations abroad, physical and occupational therapy, as well as rehabilitation in spa conditions. The family is unable to raise such a large amount on their own and is asking all good people to help them.
