Dajana is a child born from a regular pregnancy in term. The delivery was very quickly, the baby breathed in green amniotic fluid, also brain damage was detected due to lack of oxygen, a white matter deficiency was identified ...

Only six hours from the birth she was hospitalized and connected to the mechanical ventilation. For the next seven months, Dajana was in intensive care, breathing apparatus, built in tracheostomy and gastrostomy.

Dajana reacts poorly to the environment, she cannot sit or move. She still has a stoma although she has progressed - she eats alone, has a reflex of swallowing, and she is not on breathing apparatus any more. However.   she has epileptic seizures that last up to 15 minutes once a week.

Genetics did not find out the cause of her condition, and further analysis is needed and also the therapy within an intensive program at the Institute for Human Resources Development in Italy.
