raises funds for Vuk Paunović (2012)

Vuk was born as a healthy child. He had the first seizure when he was three years old and then doctors thought it was a febrile convulsion, because before that he had never been  ill. After a repeated seizure he was hospitalized and at that time he was diagnosed with epilepsy.

During the second seizure, which lasted about 15 minutes, he stiffened and turned blue. As a result of long epileptic seizures, Vuk has mild delay in development.

The next six hours after the seizure, the family is worried in which condition he will wake up, or will he wake up with some kind of  brain damage. Vuk can hardly cope with these seizures, because he is unable to talk for hours after them. Although he has an adequate therapy with antiepileptics, seizures still occur but they are shorter.

Vuk is a lively boy who loves spending most of his time with his four brothers and sisters, he always shares positive attitude.

In order to help Vuk to have a happier childhood, we need to provide him with necessary funds to go for diagnostics and treatment abroad, and  for necessary medicines whose price exceeds the income of his family with seven members.
