Tara was born as a healthy child, whose parents hoped and waited for her for more than ten years. When she was about six months old, her health deteriorated. She did not progress in development. At the Institute for Mother and Child, she was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, type two, with predicted negative progression.

Despite the severe diagnosis, the family did not lose the spirit, but they started the struggle for Tara's healing at the Clinical Center of Serbia, where she is still treated now.

Tara is very communicative and easily makes  new friends, she tries to progress and acquires knowledge, she loves to share her toys and sweets with a younger brother and friends, and she always smiles.

Let's make Tara’s childhood easier by providing her with means for motorized wheelchair, verticaliser, breathing apparatus, rehabilitation, physical therapy ...
