Dina suffers from her birth from cerebral palsy. She can still not walk or talk, in one word; she does not do anything independently. Little Dina is visibly pleased to be surrounded by children and adults who are friendly to her. She communicates with them most often with her eyes; she likes balls and cartoons very much.

The previous treatments had not given expected results and for that reason her parents decided to do the operation in USA hoping to help their little girl.
