is raising funds for Konstantin Stanojević (2011).

Konstantin has been diagnosed with childhood autism (F84.0 – Autismus infantilis), a developmental disorder that significantly affects communication, social interaction, and behavior. The first symptoms appeared around the age of three, when he began losing eye contact, stopped speaking, and developed stereotypical movements.

At the Institute of Mental Health, developmental delay was confirmed, after which he was included in defectological treatment. At the age of three and a half, Konstantin completely lost speech. Laboratory analyses showed that he lacks the enzymes needed to break down gluten and casein, which led to the introduction of a strict diet. After the dietary change, improvement was observed — he establishes eye contact, better understands simple instructions, stereotypical movements are less frequent, and both gross and fine motor skills, as well as nonverbal communication, have improved. Speech, however, is still absent.

Konstantin regularly attends defectological and speech therapy sessions, hippotherapy, music workshops, and social skills programs, all of which contribute to his psychomotor development. Several stem cell treatments have been performed so far, contributing to his progress and opening the possibility for further development, including the potential return of speech.

In the upcoming period, three additional stem cell treatments are planned, along with continued intensive speech therapy and defectological work, which are essential for speech development and further progress.

The family is appealing to kind-hearted people for support so that Konstantin can continue his treatment and rehabilitation.

Stem cells treatment from the bone marrow will give Konstantin the chance to progress in all aspects of psychomotor development, and there is a possibility that he will be able to speak again.
