Teodora was born as a healthy baby with a 10/10 grade, she brought joy and happiness into the family, but unfortunately, the happiness lasted for a short time.

When she was three months old, the first symptoms of the disease appeared, they were delay in development and vomiting. She was soon diagnosed with a devastating diagnosis - three centimeters big brain tumor.

Then the struggle for her life began. She had surgery when she was four months old at the Clinical Center of Serbia. After the surgery, a series of complications occurred, Teodora stayed in intensive care for fifteen days on breathing apparatus.

A new shock followed when she was no longer able to follow moving objects with her gaze and she was hospitalized. Shortly after, the family found out that she had lost sight in both eyes 100%. Only  two months after surgery, magnetic resonance indicated a recidive and the tumor reached a size of four centimeters and spread metastasis all over the spine and a five centimeters long cyst also appeared on the left side of the brain. The Consilium prescribed chemotherapy, which lasted less than two years.

The last magnetic resonance indicated that there was a change in the  tumor structure, which necessitated further testing and diagnostics and possibly starting of new therapy abroad.

Teodora doesn't talk, walk or even stand on her feet. She can take a sitting position thanks to physical exercises, she has problems with hormones and she is regularly monitored by neurologists, oncologists, neurosurgeons, endocrinologists and physiatrists.
