After a regular pregnancy and grade ten at birth, Dušica's life began without any problems. From her fifth month, parents noticed that she did not develop as her older brother and  physiatrist only confirmed their suspicions and found muscle hypertonia and hypotonia. A neurologist discovered a volume reduction of white matter and an underdeveloped gyrus that slowed down her motor development.

Dušica still cannot sit, she can hardly control her head and also she cannot reach for the toys. The findings at the Department of Clinical Neurophysiology indicated severe dysfunction of both optical systems with signs of recovery. For now, she can only respond to light, and for this reason she needs daily logopedic treatments so that Dušica can describe as soon as possible how much  she can see with her eyes.

She also needs daily physical, defectologic and logopedic treatments, hydrotherapy and hippotherapy in order to make her motor skills as good as possible so that she can be as independent as possible.

Now it is the moment to take advantage of her young age, help her avoid surgery and allow her one day to play, sing and run as her brother and all children of her age.
