raises funds for Ivana Jović (1987)

Ivana has polycystic kidney disease, for which she has been on dialysis for two years and has been on the waiting list for an organ transplantation for about a year.

In August, she had a nephrectomy of the left kidney. The chronic dialysis program includes therapy every other day for 5 hours. There are many restrictions on dialysis, in addition to constant fatigue, there is a restriction in the fluid and food  intake .

Ivana wants to continue a normal life with her four-year-old daughter, and the only solution is a kidney transplantation. Since there is no donor, she is on the waiting list for an organ transplantation.

Given that only one cadaveric transplantation (from a deceased donor) was performed in Serbia this year, Ivana will apply for a cadaveric transplantation in Belarus as well, thereby increasing the possibility of doing a transplantation as soon as possible and getting a new chance for life.

She needs funds for a kidney transplantation as well as for preparatory specialist examinations, translation of medical documents,  travelling and accommodation costs during treatment.
