raises funds for Nikola Aćimović (2007).

Nikola was born on 3 February 2007 in Belgrade. Immediately after birth, he was diagnosed with Dyschen's muscular dystrophy (an inherited progressive muscle disease with the first symptoms appearing in early childhood).

Children suffering from this disease generally stop being able to walk around the age of 12. Nikola is 14 years old and he is still able to walk. Three years ago, the Republic Health Insurance Fund submitted a request for the registration of the  Ataluren medicine, which significantly slows down the progression of this disease and can be applied to boys who are still able to walk, so Nikola should take it as soon as possible.

The required medicine has not yet been approved in Serbia. Nikola is one of three boys waiting for this medicine. He is currently being treated with corticosteroids, goes to physical therapy, swimming therapy and therapeutic riding.

Funds are  needed for the purchase of medicine, for treatment, rehabilitation and for physical therapy.
